Alberta has officially concluded its 2025 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) intake after issuing its final draws under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). The province issued 6,741+ nominations, slightly exceeding its allocation due to federal administrative coverage.
The final draws focused primarily on healthcare professionals, reinforcing Alberta’s priority to address labour shortages in critical sectors. With no further invitations expected in 2025, prospective applicants are encouraged to begin preparing early for the 2026 AAIP cycle.
